Donation Refunds
All donations made through this website are received and managed directly by the concerned NGO or organization. NGO Setu does not collect, hold, process, or refund donation money.
Refund Request
If a donor makes an incorrect donation or requests a refund, the donor should contact the NGO office with payment proof, donor name, mobile number, transaction date, and reason for the request.
Processing
Refund approval, processing time, deductions, and final decision will be handled by the NGO or organization as per its internal policy and applicable law.
Non-Refundable Cases
Donations already used for social work, events, relief work, community support, or administrative processing may not be refundable.
